Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3 business days.
Shipments go out every Monday and not occur on weekends or major holidays. Our customers should expect some delays if we are experiencing a high volume of orders and will be notified via email if this should happen.

Return & Exchange Policy

RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with no damage.

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us. / Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 3 to 5 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

SERVICE REFUNDS

Retainer Fees are NON REFUNDABLE. If a booking is cancelled 2 weeks prior to service date, a 30% refund will be issued to the client. If a booking is cancelled 1 week prior to service date, no refund will be issued and client is not responsible for last payment.
