  • Do I need to pay in full at the time of booking?
    We expect a retainer fee payment at the time of booking to secure your date and the payment for your experience is broken up into 2 payments. The 1st payment is due 2 weeks before service date and the 2nd payment is due 1 week before service date.
  • Do I need to book my own lodging?
    You are free to book your own hotel, cabin, resort or airbnb. We can assist upon request for an additional fee.
  • Can I bring personal items to be added to my experience?
    Yes you can! If you would like us to add your personal items to your experience, advise us of what those items are and leave them out so our Romance Concierges can easliy find them.
  • Can I change my booking date for any reason?
    Our clients have the right to change their booking dates for any reason. If booking date has to be changed more than once, an additional Retainer Fee is required.
  • Does Sk's Creations of Love do home experiences?
    Yes we do! We offer selected home experiences for all special occasions. Services include, Romantic Bedroom Decor, Intimate Dinning for two, and Intimate Couple's Massages.
  • Does Sk's Creations of Love do returns and refunds?

  • Do we need to be out of the suite or home area during set-up?
    We prefer for our clients to not be in the suite or home area during set-up. This is because our Romance Concierge in room to work and per due to Covid and the CDC guidlines, we are still following social distancings instructions.
  • How long does set-up take?
    We allow our Romance Concierges a minimum 2 hours of set-up time. Anything over 2 hours will incur an additional $50 per hour. This applies to all Exclusive Services.
